International painting symposium

Artist for integration

Netherlands June 2018

With over fifteen years of  experience as artist and art program coordinator in different countries, we found art in all its categories is one of the most effective and sincere ways to communicate about one’s own culture and to raise interest and curiosity in host societies about the background of migrants, the visitors, and guests from foreign countries.

By inviting artists to this symposium, my team is giving an opportunity to all the talented and dedicated painters to apply for this artistic challenge.

Working creatively together will take maximum one week and the results will be presented in a group exhibition at an art gallery.

Each artist is asked to complete one painting during this period.

We will organize invitation for visa applying and recommended letters, accommodation, food, studio, transport, the part of painting material  and the exhibition itself.

We will open the symposium the day after artist’s arrival and close the event after the day of their exhibition.

Application:

  • You need to send complete CV with the five photo of your different artworks with complete description( include size, material, technique, date,…) by email until February 28th 2018. Gallery will inform you if your artworks are approved for this symposium by art team, in three official work days. You will receive further information and fee after acceptation.
